Hi There & Welcome! My name is Alessandra, I am a Licensed Independent Hair Artist at Lift Hair Collective, with over 14 years of experience behind the chair. I am a Redken Certified Colorist as well as Keratin Complex Certified. I specialize in customized color, with a true passion for balayage and creating effortlessly dimensional looks that grow out beautifully. My goal is to make every guest feel comfortable, confident, and completely at home in my chair. I believe great hair is more than just a service, it’s an experience. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, No Shows & More: Cancellations: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! To respect my time and other guests waiting for reservations, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service that they are booked for with the card on file. Late Arrivals: Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. If you are running late, please touch base with me! I’m super understanding and I know things happen. By booking an appointment, you agree to all of these policies.
